Terms of sale and use
Short version: you are buying one PDF, for yourself, once. Here is the rest of it, written out so there are no surprises later.

What you are buying
Stop Overthinking Him is a digital book. It is a PDF file — nothing is printed and nothing is mailed to you. When your payment goes through you are taken to a download page, and the same link is emailed to you, so you can fetch the file again if you close the tab too quickly.
You need a device that can open a PDF. Almost everything can: a phone, a tablet, a laptop, most e-readers. There is no app to install and no account to create.
Price and payment
Stop Overthinking Him costs $7.99, in US dollars. That is the whole price, and it is charged once.
There is no subscription, no trial that quietly turns into a charge, and nothing kept on file for a second payment later. Payment is handled by PayPal. Your card details never reach us — there is more on that in the privacy page.
Tax
The price is shown without local tax. Depending on where you live, your country may add VAT, GST or sales tax to a digital purchase. Where that applies, PayPal normally collects it at checkout and it appears on your receipt. Anything your own bank or country adds on top of that is yours to settle.
You need to be an adult
Buying this book means you are 18 or older, or over the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher. It is written for adults.
What you may do with the file
- Read it, on as many of your own devices as you like.
- Print a copy for yourself, or print a page out of it and write on it.
- Keep it. The file is yours, it does not expire, and it does not check in with us.
- Quote a short passage in a review or a conversation, with the book named.
What you may not do
You are buying a copy to read, not the right to publish it. So please don't:
- resell it, hand it out as a bonus, or bundle it with something you sell;
- upload it to a file host, a group chat, a course platform or a torrent, or pass the download link around;
- reprint it, translate it, or rewrite it as your own work;
- put it into a product, a dataset or a model you are building.
The writing and the design stay our copyright. What you have is an ordinary personal licence, and it ends if you break the list above.
What the book is, and what it is not
Stop Overthinking Him is educational writing. It is a book about an ordinary state of mind in an ordinary life — the hour at eleven at night: what the thought is for, why his answer does not settle it, what the checking costs, and how to tell a thing you have genuinely noticed from the same thought arriving again.
It is not therapy, counselling, medical advice, legal advice or a diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. The exercises in it are editorial formats for thinking, not validated instruments; they score nothing and they say nothing about what sort of person you are. Nobody can promise you a particular outcome with a particular person, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Where something has taken over your weeks, or got into your sleep or your eating for a long stretch, or where you are frightened of someone or being controlled by them, that belongs with a doctor, another professional or a local support service rather than with a book.
Where our responsibility stops
We do what the law requires of us, and nothing on this page takes away a right you have by statute.
Beyond that: if something goes wrong on our side — the file won't download, the file is faulty, the book is materially not what the page described — our job is to fix it or to give you your money back. The refund policy says how.
We are not responsible for what you decide after reading, for how another person responds, or for indirect losses such as lost time, lost income or distress. You read it, you weigh it, you choose. Our total liability for anything connected with this book will not come to more than the price you paid for it.
If the file won't reach you
Write to us and we will send it again. That is usually the whole of the problem, and it takes minutes. The refund policy covers what happens if it isn't.
Changes to these terms
We may update this page, either to fix something unclear or because the law has moved. The version in place on the day you buy is the one that governs your purchase; changes are not applied backwards. The date at the top tells you when this page last changed.
Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of India, and its courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If one line here turns out to be unenforceable, the rest of the page still stands.
Reaching us
Write to Harshriddles@gmail.com. A person reads it, not a form.
